what else?
is upon us, although you wouldn’t know it by the weather here. I have some interesting thoughts (well, to me) about landscape change and season change. If I get time I’ll post some today. Stephen said he tried to leave a comment and couldn’t, hopefully that has been fixed, so try again!

i’m pretty satisfied with myself today 
I learned how to sign up for my own domain name (it’s quite cheap actually), figure out the whole blog thing and am starting to learn how to use Dreamweaver to make my pages. Sometimes they’ll look kind of wacky, but that is me learning. It feels good to not be stagnant anymore!
Other things going on…stephanie gets married next week! we are both getting very excited. we have dresses, jewelry, flowers being delivered, hotel rooms rented. this weekend we make favors and gift bags for folks, clean and start getting ready for guests. I can’t begin to say how happy I am for her. I’ve seen the relationship between eric and stephanie only grow strong over the past two years and I’m hard pressed to find two people more suited for each other.
I’m happy because Brenda has decided to attend the wedding. This means two things: I have a date and she gets a break, even if it is a short one. It will be wonderful to see her.
Things are looking up at work, more details on that later though, I don’t want to jinx myself
Once upon a time I was pretty geeky when it came to the world of web sites and life on the web. I’ve certainly let that slip over the past few years as work and other aspects of life took over. Well, with winter approaching, I’m feeling the need to update my skills and figure out all of the new stuff worth figuring out and that I’ve missed.
