I’m hoping to write more this year. I’m not sure I will be successful in this venture but I can always try 
Not sure I ever mentioned that the header for the blog is a picture I took in South Africa. I love the picture so much and it worked really well for the blog so I used it.
Anyway. Lots happening this year. Drew and I are working on buying a house. I’m traveling lots as usual - Boston next week, Minnesota in February, Croatia and Bosnia in May/June, DC later in June. And will try to squeeze a trip in to see Drew someplace in there as well.

In August I head to Italy for another big overseas adventure. This trip is going to be particularly special because my best friend Stephanie and my oldest niece (10) Paige are coming along! It will be the first time out of the country for either of them and I am really looking forward to sharing this experience with them!

I don’t sit still for long do I? Doing a little redesign here…tried to upload the newest version of K2 and bad things happened. So, bear with me, I’ll be back to normal (whatever that is) soon
ugh…i also have not been tending to the running aspect of my life…I’m not to sure about running that race in march…I don’t know if I can make 5 miles by then. BUT I am still on for the half marathon in August and am looking forward to the time for training, the time running with shonie, the time tending to my physical and mental health - especially with Drew being gone soon…
